This home is located in an established neighborhood in the up and coming area of Keller. The neighborhood that this home is located in has beautifully grown trees that have rooted under the sidewalks and driveways throughout the entire neighborhood. The homeowner's driveway, because of the trees rooting under it, has lifted in various areas, causing tripping hazards throughout the concrete driveway and sidewalk leading up to the house. The HOA noticed this hazard and requested that the homeowner have this problem corrected as quickly as possible.
The homeowner contacted Power Jack Foundation Repair and we promptly sent out our System Design Specialist, Tom McKenzie, to inspect the driveway and sidewalk. After a full inspection was performed, Tom was able to conclude that PolyLevel was the ideal option for this homeowner. Our PolyLevel crew, ran by Eleazar, was then able to go out and perform the work needed to make the repairs for restoration. A total of 85 pounds of PolyLevel was pumped under the concrete to create to ideal lift and fill any voids under the sinking concrete. Eleazar's crew also applied 77 feet of NexusPro to seal the cracks throughout the driveway and walkway. The results are beyond impressive and both the homeowner and the HOA are satisfied with the outcome.
PolyLevel® combines the already-proven technique of concrete lifting with a specially-engineered two-part expanding foam that makes it possible to permanently restore the concrete surface with little downtime and disruption. PolyLevel® is both lightweight and durable, and is able to support and lift sunken concrete back to its original level without any added weight.
