Think twice before replacing your concrete.

Think twice before replacing your concrete - Image 1

It's a fact that as homeowners, we don't pay much      attention to our concrete driveways, sidewalks, or  walkways until we take notice of concrete damage.  Small cracks are common in these concrete surfaces,  which are easily overlooked, but when the slab sections  start sinking or large cracks become apparent, it is time  to consider whether or not to repair or replace the  concrete.  But how do you decide which option is best?  At Power Jack Foundation Repair, we look to repair  before replacing, and here's why.

A major concern when thinking about having this type of  work done is cost.  To replace a driveway, sidewalk, or  walkway costs can be upwards of $5,000.  If there are  only a few areas of concern repairing your concrete is the ideal solution and will cost you a fraction of that price. Power Jack Foundation Repair can lift the slab areas that have sunk with our PolyLEVEL solution.  Our team injects the light-weight polyurethane foam under the surface.  The foam then rises to lift and level the concrete and cures in as little as 15 minutes. Often times while injecting PolyLEVEL, the team also uses a product called NexusPro. NexusPro is used to seal any joints and cracks to prevent any future water penetration, thus eliminating the root cause of soil erosion.
